At HeldDear, every piece of jewelry is handmade and produced individually for each order. We don't keep pre-made inventory sitting on a shelf — instead, each necklace is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed, which means real time, care, and materials go into making your piece from scratch.

Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Once production begins, that piece has been created specifically for your order and can't be resold or restocked, which is why our policy differs from typical off-the-shelf retailers.

We know jewelry is often bought as a meaningful gift, and we take that seriously — every order is handled with care from the moment it's placed to the moment it ships. We appreciate your understanding of why our process works the way it does, and we're always here if you have questions before or after your purchase.
